Research

Karen M. Kuntz, Sc.D., is Adjunct Professor of Decision Science at the Harvard School of Public Health. Her research focuses on the methodology and application of decision and cost-effectiveness analysis in the evaluation of medical technologies. Applied projects include the development of a policy model for the evaluation of cancer prevention and treatment strategies, particularly those for colorectal cancer. Methodological interests include the evaluation of potential biases that can occur in disease modeling. Dr. Kuntz received her masters and doctorate, both in biostatistics from the Harvard School of Public Health.
