About The
third component of the RTD Project is located in Geneva at the
Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. That office
performs three principle tasks for the RTD Project: to provide
support to Arjun Sengupta in his role
as UN Independent Expert on the RTD, support his interaction with
the open-ended working group on the RTD and help with the preparation
