PRECEPTORS

Support for this program extends from many different areas of scientific expertise. The training faculty provide an array of skills ranging from structure, function analyses of environmentally relevant macromolecules (e.g. DNA repair and recombination proteins), to molecular epidemiological studies of human gene-environment interacts, and assessments of real-life exposures of human pollution to environmental pollutants. There are over twenty-two Harvard faculty members, representing both the Harvard School of Public Health and the Harvard Medical School, from eight different departments. Such notable departments include Genetics and Complex Diseases, Environmental Health, Nutrition, Epidemiology, Immunology and Infectious Disease, Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology, Microbiology and Molecular Genetics, and Pathology.
