The Preparedness and Emergency Response Learning Center at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (H-PERLC) is part of a national network of academic centers working with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Association of Schools of Public Health (ASPH).

The mission of the H-PERLC is to advance public health emergency preparedness by collaborating with federal, state and local public health agencies to develop and implement competency-based training as well as provide toolkits and technical assistance in planning and evaluation.
