Generate Your Own Report

Are you interested in knowing how your MRC unit performs compared to others by the use of our toolkit?

You can follow these steps:

 STEP 1: REQUEST ACCESS

Request a login to our online system by e-mailing preparedness@hsph.harvard.edu – the name of your MRC unit will be added to our list in the www.mrctoolkit.com data entry tool.

STEP 2: SEND THE LINK

After an activity send to your volunteers the link www.mrctoolkit.com inviting them to fill out THE QUESTIONNAIRE. If you opted for a paper version of the questionnaire and the volunteers have returned the questionnaires to you, you can still use this data entry system to enter their responses.

STEP 3: GET YOUR REPORT

Once all volunteers have responded you can generate an anonymous report of your unit performance compared to the other units that have entered the data.

STEP 4: REQUEST ASSISTANCE

If you have questions on the interpretation of your report or use of this tool e-mail us @ preparedness@hsph.harvard.edu

This tool was created by the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and Georgetown University in collaboration with the National Association of County and City Health Officials and your MRC unit. The principal investigators for this project are Dr Elena Savoia (HSPH) and Michael Stoto (Georgetown University). If you have any questions please contact preparedness@hsph.harvard.edu.

This tool will help you to learn from practice in order to improve future MRC operations. Confidentiality is guaranteed and data are used in aggregated form with generation of anonymous report for each MRC unit.
