Dr. Leonard Marcus is founding Director of the Program for Health Care Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH). Dr. Marcus is lead author of the primary text in the field, Renegotiating Health Care: Resolving Conflict to Build Collaboration. He has developed a number of practical applications of mediation and conflict resolution and has directed numerous projects intended to advance development of the negotiation, collaborative problem solving, and conflict resolution field applied to health related issues.

Dr. Marcus is also co-author of You’re It: Crisis, Change, and How to Lead When it Matters Most as well as numerous academic and professional articles.

 

Eric J. McNulty is the Associate Director for this program and the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health where he is also an Instructor. He is co-author of the second edition of Renegotiating Health Care: Resolving Conflict to Build Collaboration and You’re It: Crisis, Change, and How to Lead When it Matters Most. McNulty has written for Harvard Business Review, Strategy+Business, and many other academic and professional publications. His case studies written for Harvard Business Review have been used in numerous professional and academic settings.

In addition to their courses for matriculating students at the T.H. Chan School, the faculty also present an executive education program for executive and clinical leaders in health care and related fields.
