Bradley Chen
Doctoral Student, Health Systems Track
Bradley Chen is a doctoral candidate of health systems study in the Department of Global Health and Population. He graduated magna cum laude and received his MD from National Taiwan University School of Medicine. He also holds an MPH from Harvard with a concentration in international health. His main projects at PHCF include financial protection of insurance schemes in rural China, political economy and implementation of the health sector reform in Taiwan, and health systems research for Prof. Hsiao’s upcoming book. His dissertation examines the provider strategic behavior in the global budget payment system and its quality implications.
