Victoria Fan
Doctoral Student – Health Systems Track
Victoria Fan is an ScD Candidate concentrating in Health Systems in the Department of Global Health and Population at Harvard School of Public Health. She is focused on evaluating health interventions in India including (1) impact of environmental interventions on health, (2) long-term consequences of famine and malnutrition, and (3) impacts of innovative health care delivery and insurance. She is broadly interested in improving health-care delivery and conducting impact evaluation of policy interventions on health. Her work on the Vermont Health-Care Reform project is primarily on understanding the supply and variation of health-care in the state. You can find out more details about her research at:
