Who is eligible?
The HCC is open to all HSPH two-year master and doctoral students. Students should indicate their interest in the concentration by submitting the HCC Declaration Form.

HCC Declaration Form
If you intend to fulfill the Health Communications Concentration, please fill out this form and submit via email to the HCC Coordinator at any time during the academic year. This sheet will help you plan your concentration requirements and may give you preference for enrollment in HCC classes. By tracking enrolled students, the HCC Committee can plan course schedules and estimate class sizes to reflect students' needs.
Letter of Completion Application Form
If you intend to graduate in May 2010 with the Health Communication Concentration, please fill out this Letter of Completion Form and submit it via email to me at emrodger@hsph.harvard.edu by April 30th, 2010.
This sheet will help us determine if you have met all the requirements for the concentration.
