We recommend that you schedule any shipment to arrive after you have moved into Shattuck House. Unfortunately, Shattuck does not have any common space to store boxes for incoming students and the building is at capacity for the summer, so we ask that you make other arrangements for the temporary storage of packages if you do send them ahead.
Security will open the front door for delivery services when they are able. Packages will be left on the marble table for residents to pick up. It is residents’ responsibilities to check if they receive packages. Security cannot sign on behalf of you to receive any packages, and they are not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages. Please have a delivery service call you directly if they require your signature. If you’re expecting something very valuable, please consult with RCAs.
