Two Bedroom Apartments
Two-bedroom apartments may be leased as a full two-bedroom unit by one student or by two unrelated students as a shared two-bedroom apartment. When leased as a shared two-bedroom apartment, occupancy is limited to one student per bedroom.

Summer Only Lease Rates
Summer leases are priced as a single rate for the full summer session (July 1, 2024-August 17, 2024). Partial summer leases are not available at Shattuck International House.

To comply with state and city codes, the maximum occupancy is determined by the size of the unit. Residents and their occasional guests combined must not exceed the maximum as listed above.
