2012 – 13 Lease Dates

The following reflect Shattuck lease dates for the 2013 – 2014 Academic Year*:

Summer I:  July 1 – July 26 (2013)

Summer II: July 29 – August 16 (2013)

Summer I & II: July 1 – August 16 (2013)

Both Summer Terms & Academic Year: July 1, 2013 – June 6, 2014

Academic Year: August 26, 2013 – June 6, 2014

*These dates are subject to change based on the final decision of the Academic Calendar.

Rent Price Information

Rent rates below indicate rates for 2013 – 14 Academic Year.  

Rent rates below are based on academic year lease terms. Rent rates for students living in Shattuck during the summer only will be pro-rated to reflect their lease terms and will pay for the total rent up front.  Students moving into the building for the Academic Year will pay rent on their term bill monthly.  See above for specific lease dates.

Rent ranges are based on apartment size and location in the building. All rent rates include utilities and basic furnishings. A $1000 deposit is required. Please visit the FAQ page to find out how rent is paid.

One Bedroom	$1500 – $1929 per month average $1757 / month
Two Bedroom	$2296 – $2514 per month average $2404 / month
Two Bedroom Roommate Match	$1148 – $1257 per month (per person) average $1202 / month
