Sponsored Students (outside Harvard ONLY)
The Sponsored Billing Form is an online submission that should be filled out directly by the Sponsor. All forms received by the deadline will ensure financial registration clearance. If your sponsor is only covering part of your tuition and fees, you will need to pay the remaining balance by your particular deadline. Sponsored Billing Forms and/or payments received after the appropriate deadlines could result in a delay in financial clearance.
Due to multiple billing policies, any student who will be sponsored for the upcoming 2015-16 summer session and/or academic year will not have their expected sponsor payment reflected as anticipated aid on their term bill. Therefore your bill will continue to reflect a balance due while you are attending classes; and your sponsor will be billed at the end of each semester for which you are enrolled. For more Sponsored Billing information (form, deadlines, billing schedule, etc.) please refer to the Office of Student Financial Services (OSFS) website. If you have any questions please feel free to contact OSFS at 617-432-1867.
We strongly recommend that you become familiar with your term bill (know how to access it and understand charges, posted payments, and balance). If your sponsor is only covering part of your tuition and fees, you will need to pay the remaining balance.
