iPhone at HSPH?


A common question received at the Helpdesk from the community is
“Can I sync an iPhone to my HSPH email account?”

Yes!  We provide full support for the iPhone.


Users need:

  1. iPhone (purchased online, at Mac Store, …)
  2. Cell phone service on AT&T network (arranged at time of Iphone purchase)
  3. Notifylink software license (purchased through IT Office at the Helpdesk at the cost of $130/year)

Once you have the phone and service, schedule an appointment with the Helpdesk at 432-HELP or helpdesk@hsph.harvard.edu, and we’ll help you install the software and configure your system.  Please include a 33 digit billing code for Notifylink licensing.
