UPDATE, 12:07 am: network/firewall issue has been resolved. All services, email and VPN, are fully functioning. All mail messages that were backed up in the queue have been delivered.
UPDATE, 5:10 pm: the network/firewall issue also impacts VPN access. VPN is not currently available.
UPDATE, 5:06 pm: the issue has been identified as a major network/firewall issue on the Cambridge campus. Outlook Web Access is now available. Outlook full client remains unavailable. External mail delivery is delayed.
Email Issue, 4:30 pm: There is currently a widespread Outlook email issue impacting the HSPH community.
HSPH Department of Information Technology is in contact with Harvard University Information Technology, and we are working on the issue.
