Supported Software

The Information Technology (IT) Department at the Harvard School of Public Health has created a list of recommended hardware and software products based on the department’s ability to provide support for them. Support for software applications includes installation, configuration, and troubleshooting by the IT Department.

It will be extremely beneficial for our clients to choose from the products we recommend and support. In cases where your equipment is not supported, we can recommend other support resources.

Software
The IT Department will only support software that is in the English language.

All new Dell computers will have Windows 7 installed on them, Microsoft’s support for Windows XP is ending in April 2014
