Bernard Kouchner, founder of Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières), former Minister of Health of France, and United Nations administrator of post-intervention Kosovo, will deliver the lecture, "Iraq: the International Dilemma." Dr. Kouchner is currently a visiting professor and fellow at HSPH's François-Xavier Bagnoud (FXB) Center for Health and Human Rights. Dr. Kouchner has argued that Saddam Hussein, whom he has called "one of the great murderers of the 20th century" must be removed. "My position: 'No to Saddam, but no to the war.' " A half hour presentation will be followed by questions and general discussion
