Mark Campbell is an executive coach specializing in healthcare and life sciences organizations. In addition to his consulting, Mark teaches two courses in communications to physicians and physician leaders at the Harvard School of Public Health. Prior to founding M. J. Campbell Associates in 1994, Mark worked in human resource management for twenty-five years.

Mark earned a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University. He is a member of American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Management Association and Human Resource Leadership Forum.
He is the author of, Five Gifts of Insightful Leaders, a unique approach to practicing leadership, The Healthcare Leader’s Guide to Succeeding in a New Position and Managing Your Career in Difficult Economic Times.
Mark has delivered leadership presentations to the New York-Presbyterian Healthcare System, New England Society for Healthcare Communications, Risk Management Association, Women in Healthcare Management and Grand Rounds at Caritas Carney Hospital. Mark is one of a limited number of individuals to receive Toastmasters International’s highest award for professionalism in public speaking, The Accredited Speakers Award.
