- Recruit junior minority investigators
- Provide training and mentorship for junior researchers

Goal 4: To Increase Use of Evidence-based Cancer Prevention and Screening.
- Enroll more low-income and unisured residents into WHN, Medicaid and new health care programs
- Conduct educational workshops for providers and residents on health care reform in Massachusetts
