The PhD Program in Biological Sciences in Public Health trains students in basic biological sciences, epidemiology, and biostatistics, teaching them to discover the causes of disease and to translate these scientific insights into practices that improve global public health. The Ph.D. Program in Biological Sciences is part of the Division of Biological Sciences at the Harvard School of Public Health.
The Doctor of Science in Physiology program trains students in physiology, pursuing multidisciplinary research with a public health perspective. The program focuses on pulmonary inflammation and approaches bridging biological and physical sciences.
The Harvard Integrated Life Sciences program integrates 12 graduate programs across four Harvard faculties: the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the Dental School, the Medical School, and the School of Public Health.
