Health communication: Celebrities can influence decision not to text-message while driving

Jay A. Winsten, Frank Stanton Center Director for the Center for Health Communication, is quoted in a Boston Globe article about the influence celebrities can exert on social behavior campaigns, such as not text messaging while driving.

A ban on cellphone use will go into effect in Massachusetts on September 30, 2010, for drivers under the age of 18 years.
