April 17, 2014 — The Department of Nutrition will host a “teach-in” on the relation between dietary fat and coronary heart disease on Friday, April 25, 2014, in Kresge G1. The event—“Saturated or Not: Does Type of Fat Matter?”—will be moderated by Corby Kummer, food writer for The Atlantic and Boston Magazine, and will feature a panel of nutrition experts from Harvard School of Public Health.
