Publishing to the HSPH web server
When a web content manager uses the CMS to make changes, he/she is adding, editing, and deleting items from a central database.
To make your site live and available to the public, you should first PREVIEW your site and then you need to LAUNCH it.
- You may preview your site with the PREVIEW SITE button in the upper right. This button allows the content manager to preview exactly what the site will look like once published to the main web server (http://www.hsph.harvard.edu).

- If your site is edited to your satisfaction, please click on the BACK button to return to the CONTROL PANEL and then LAUNCH WEBSITE to move it to its final location on the main web server.
For any changes to appear on the HSPH web page (content edits, deletions, new file upload, new menu items, etc.) the site must be reLAUNCHED.
