For the past several months, a group of HSPH staff and faculty have strove to bring a sense of unity, collaboration, and fun to the School members who work at the building. Named the Landmark Community Representative Group, the group meets quarterly to share concerns, identify needs, and promote opportunities for HSPH members from different offices to get to know one another.

Among the accomplishments of the group, which works closely with Operations and the Office of the Dean, are:
- A shuttle service that loops between Landmark Center and the Longwood Campus, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- A website launched in March that lists the Center's location and directions, HSPH departments and offices located there, information about the mailroom and security, conference rooms, schedule for the Landmark Shuttle, a Suggestion Box, and the members of the Landmark Representative Group.
- Installation of audio/visual equipment in Conference Room 403Q to aid presentations
- Training by Media Services staff
- Special screening at Landmark Center of School videos, one of which recently won an award.
- Collaboration with Harvard University Police Department to promote safety.
