HSPH Open House to Welcome Admitted Students
HSPH is hosting an open house on April 4 for students who have been admitted to the School for the next academic year. The event features opportunities to learn about the resources available to students and to meet faculty, staff, and current students.
The Admissions Office is looking for volunteers to serve as tour guides and escorts. Contact Kerri Noonan at knoonan@hsph.harvard.edu or at 617-432-4175.
Faculty Promotions
Christoph Lange and Xiaole Liu have been promoted to associate professors of biostatistics. Both are in the Department of Biostatistics.
Photo Exhibit of Migrant Farmworkers to Be Mounted
A photography exhibit called "Farmworkers Feed Us All: The Labor and Health of Migrants in Maine" will be mounted in the FXB Atrium from April 14 to 23. The exhibit is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

The exhibit features photographs taken by occupational health photojournalist Earl Dotter and text and interviews by producer Tennessee Watson.
There will be an opening reception in the FXB atrium on April 14 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The exhibit is sponsored by the HSPH NIOSH Education and Research Center, the EOME program in the Department of Environmental Health, and the Harvard NIEHS Center for Environmental Health.
Reminder: Around the World Celebration
HSPH students and staff are invited to submit their favorite recipes to be shared online on the Human Resources web site.
Some of the recipes will be prepared by Sebastian's Café and served at the Around the World Celebration on Wednesday, April 16 at 3 p.m. in the Kresge cafeteria.
All staff are invited to the event. Students whose recipes are served at the event also will have the opportunity to attend.
The deadline for recipe submissions is today, Friday, March 28, 5 p.m.
