Exams and Defenses

Aaron Mahlon Woolsey, doctoral student in the Division of Biological Sciences and Department of Immunology and Infectious Diseases, will present his thesis, "Characterization of a Novel Mechanism for Trypanosoma Cruzi Invasion of Nonphagocytic Mammalian Cells," on Friday, April 16 at 2:00 p.m. in FXB G-12.

Colin Dormuth, doctoral student in the Department of Epidemiology, will take his oral examination on Tuesday, April 20 at 4:00 p.m. at 1620 Tremont St., Suite 3030. Major: epidemiology; minors: biostatistics and health policy and management. Peter Neumann will chair the examination committee.

Geetanjali Dabral Datta, doctoral student in the Department of Epidemiology, will present her thesis, "Determinants of Cancer-Related Behaviors Among Women," on Thursday, April 22 at 2:00 p.m. in Kresge 908.

Annamaria Kiure, doctoral student in the Department of Nutrition, will present her thesis, "Breastfeeding among HIV-Infected Women in Tanzania: Predictors of Duration and Relations to Child Health," on Thursday, April 29 at 2:00 p.m. in SPHII-317.
