The Cancer Disparities Program-in-Development of the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center (DF/HCC) hosted a poster session at HSPH on April 15 in the Kresge cafeteria. The session focused on the work of young investigators who are researching health disparities.

Topics included cancer screening and treatment, participation in clinical trials, access to preventative care and specialized services, global and community burden of disease, and strategies for overcoming health disparities.

DF/HCC is an innovative collaboration between seven participating institutions, including HSPH, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Children's Hospital Boston, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School, and Massachusetts General Hospital.
