Requests for Visitor Passes Can Be Sent Online to Security

Requests for visitor passes can now be made online via the Operations web site at http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/operations/. The document may be found under the "Forms" pull-down menu. Completed forms will be automatically e-mailed to Lt. Fred Summers, supervisor of Security at HSPH. Passes will then be prepared in advance and will be ready for pick up by guests. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of guests’ arrivals. In the past, memos were delivered to the Security desks in the Kresge and FXB Buildings. Questions about the new procedure may be directed to 617-432-1040.
