Exams and Defenses

Roland Kupka, doctoral student in the Departments of Epidemiology and Nutrition, will present his thesis, "Selenium Status in Relation to Maternal and Child Health in Tanzania" on Monday, December 15 at 1:30 in Kresge 110.

Waranuch Pitiphat, doctoral student in the Department of Epidemiology, will present her thesis, "Maternal Periodontitis and Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes" on Tuesday, December 16 at 3:30 in Kresge 908.

Firas Raad, doctoral student in the Department of Population and International Health, will take his oral examination on Friday, December 19 at 1:00 in SPHI-1104A. Major: political economy of health policy; minors: health economics and population studies. Michael Reich will chair the examination committee.
