HSPH was one of 185 organizations that partnered with the City of Boston for "Boston Shines," a city-wide clean-up effort on Saturday, June 14.

The scope of the event was a first for the city.

Volunteers from city and public agencies, private organizations, universities, local residents and civic groups contributed.

HSPH members and their families swept sidewalks, removed trash, cleaned street gutters, power-washed off-site HSPH buildings, and removed graffiti from buildings in the Mission Hill neighborhood.
