Volunteers Needed: Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day

Human Resources is seeking volunteers for "Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day" on April 20 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is a nationally recognized event that is geared to promoting awareness of today's women and men in the workplace, while introducing children to diverse career opportunities.

To volunteer or to sign up a child to come to "Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day," contact Desiree Ruiz at 617-432-0979.

Children who attend do not need to be the sons and daughters of their sponsors but must be between the ages of eight and 12 years old. Activities are planned throughout the day including presentations from HSPH staff members, tours, a luncheon reception, and many enriching hands-on activities.
