Free Flu Vaccinations at HSPH Free flu vaccinations for HSPH faculty, staff, and students will be available on Monday, November 4 and 18 in Kresge 101 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Bring your Harvard ID. Open Enrollment for Benefits Selection Begins HSPH faculty and staff may make changes to their benefits choices and elect a flexible spending account from October 30 to November 13. Changes to benefits can only be made by calling the automated "Choice" telephone line listed in information packets being mailed to employees. The phone line is open from 7 a.m. to midnight every day of the enrollment period. The Universitys medical plan options are mostly unchanged for 2003, and include four HMO plans, four point-of-service plans, and a Blue Cross/Blue Shield plan for employees who reside out of state. There will be a benefits fair at The Inn at Longwood Medical, 342 Longwood Avenue, on Thursday, November 7 from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Representatives from the following will be on hand: Benefits Services Group, Medical and Dental Plans, Tax-Deferred Account Organizations, Office of Work and Family, Outings and Innings, Faculty and Staff Assistance Program, Harvard University Retirees Association, discount car/home insurance vendors, and discount mortgage vendors. Benefits changes must be made by Wednesday, November 13. "On My Own Time" invites HSPH members to display their hidden talents and after-work interests through exhibits and performances in the FXB Building lobby, December 2 to 6. HSPH members may submit up to three works in any category, including photography, woodworking, drawing, and ceramics/pottery. This year will include raffle drawings, special gifts for participants, and the option of selling and buying artwork that is displayed. Also, as part of the 10-year anniversary, the school will have the opportunity to vote for their "Favorite On My Own Time 2002 Entry."
