Exams and Defenses

Joanna Maselko, doctoral student in the Department of Society, Human Development, and Health, will present her thesis, "Religious Engagement as a Predictor of Health and Well Being" on Tuesday, September 7 at 3:00 p.m. in Kresge 708.

Caroline Therese Korves, doctoral student in the Department of Epidemiology, will present her thesis, "Birds, Bugs and Blood: Transmission and Policy Modeling of West Nile Virus," on Monday, September 13 at 10:30 a.m. in Kresge 908.

Nancy Lin, doctoral student in the Department of Epidemiology, will present her thesis, "Safety and Immunization Delivery Implications of Recent Trends toward Increased Multiple Childhood Immunizations," on Tuesday, September 14 at 9:30 a.m. in Kresge 908.

Jared Caleb Christensen, doctoral student in the Department of Biostatistics, will present his thesis, "Likelihood Methods for Clustered Discrete and Continuous Outcomes in Developmental Toxicology," on Friday, September 17 at 10:00 a.m. in SPH II-426.

Yi Kyung Park, doctoral student in the Department of Nutrition, will take her oral exam on Friday, September 17 at 11:00 a.m. in SPH II 317. Major: nutrition; minors: epidemiology and biostatistics. Donna Spiegelman will chair the examination committee.
