Lisa Gabel

Lisa Gabel, QA/QI Education Specialist, is responsible for providing Quality Improvement Program (QIP) services to the LMA research community.  As a member of the QIP team, Lisa provides a range of research support to investigators and research staff, as well as educational opportunities focused towards maintaining both investigator and IRB compliance with federal regulations, state and local laws, and institutional policies.   Lisa recently joined OHRA after working at the Harvard Medical School as an IRB Coordinator conducting protocol reviews, and then developing and implementing the HMS Quality Assurance and post-approval monitoring program.  Prior to that, Lisa worked at HMS as the Project Manager for several multi-site psychiatric and genetic linkage research protocols.  Lisa received her BA in Psychology and Sociology from Skidmore College.
