Investigators’ Responsibilities: to delegate or not to delegate

Principal Investigators know that they are ultimately responsible for the conduct of their protocol(s), but they may not realize when it’s appropriate to delegate certain tasks. Attendees will learn from real examples what is considered proper and improper delegation of responsibility. They will receive best practice recommendations and practical approaches for proper delegation so that it can occur in good conscience.
