Regulatory Binder

In order to create your own Regulatory Binder, print the tabs applicable to your study below and insert them into a binder. This will help to keep your regulatory documentation for each study organized and easily accessible. In your binder only include the tabs that are appropriate for your specific study. Instructions regarding marterials to include are written on each tab.
