Space Availability:
Follow the above link for a list of available conference/meeting rooms, classrooms and auditorium available to the School’s community for use.

In general, room 110 in Kresge Building will not be assigned for use to any group from outside the School. Priority is given to School-wide events that are deemed appropriate by the School of Public Health Dean’s Office. Requests for use of room 110 may be directed to the Dean’s Office at 617-432-1017.

Security:
It is most important that functions attracting guests or participants outside of the Harvard Community be provided with some form of identification facilitating entry into the School of Public Health for the event. It is recommended to post a member of the sponsoring department at the Kresge Building or FXB lobby entrance, depending on where guests are entering, to aid in this process and direct visitors. Our security personnel are instructed to request proper identification of all people entering the School and to detain those unable to provide such, which in many cases causes an unfortunate and embarrassing delay.

If a guest speaker is considered controversial due to affiliation with publicly debated political issues, it is strongly suggested to coordinate police coverage with the Harvard University Police Department. Please be sure to clear this matter with the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Communications Office to seek advice well in advance of the function.

Parking:

Participants and guests should be advised to use public or commercial transportation when attending any daytime / weekday functions at the School. Evening, weekend or holiday events do allow for extremely limited parking.

If a weekday function will include any participant or guest who is disabled and requires on-site parking, please call the HSPH Operations Office at least three days prior to the event and we will arrange for parking.
