Domestic Students -Borrowers Exit Process

STEPS FOR COMPLETING YOUR FEDERAL AND/OR HUECU LOAN EXIT REQUIREMENTS  – NOTE: Each of the following Loan types (Federal Direct, Federal Perkins and HUECU) have separate and required online counseling. Please carefully review this entire page.


STEP 1: Review your Federal Loan History and Complete Online Exit Counseling

You may view your Federal Loan history by visiting the National Student Loan Database System (NSLDS) website at: . To complete the required Online Exit Counseling, please login to

Your logins to NSLDS and are the same federal PIN used in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Your individual Perkins Loan and/or HUECU Loan exit requirements will be setup online at ECSI:

STEP 2: After completing Step 1  – Attend one of the Scheduled Exit Presentations (REQUIRED) -The on-campus exit sessions have passed. Please review the Domestic Student Loan Exit Presentation for more information.
