Health and Human Rights: An International Journal
Health and Human Rights was first published in 1994 by the François-Xavier Bagnoud Center for Health and Human Rights at the Harvard School of Public Health. Founding Editor Jonathan Mann served as editor-in-chief through 1997. Sofia Gruskin served as associate editor in this period and then from 1997 through the end of 2006 as editor-in-chief. The Journal has been widely recognized as the intellectual cornerstone of the health and human rights field. Experts from around the world have contributed outstanding articles and commentaries on a variety of topics. Of particular note have been the thematic issues which provide special focus on assorted topics.
