MDPH Mobile Hospital Evacuation Toolkit
The Mobile MDPH Hospital Evacuation Toolkit is designed to assist hospitals coordinate their preparation and response to an incident requiring evacuation. Users can navigate the interactive menus to review and edit job action sheets, checklists, and general information using a computer or web-enabled mobile device. Edited forms can be sent via e-mail using the application and should be directed to a central authority to maintain a common operating picture throughout the hospital (e.g. Emergency Preparedness Coordinator during planning or the Operations Section Chief during response).
