2.    Law No. 98-024 of 25 January 1999 reformulating the Penal Code with respect to pedophilia

       This Law rewrites and strengthens provisions of the Penal Code dealing with indecent behavior, immodest acts, acts against nature, pornography, and procuring involving minors.

 

3.    Law No. 2000-21 of 2000

 

       This Law amends a number of provisions of the Penal Code relating to violence committed against a spouse, sex offenses, and sexual harassment.
