Through a color-coded labeling system, the 15-store effort aims to help raise awareness about the negative health impacts of consuming too many sugar-sweetened beverages. The Harvard Prevention Research Center (HPRC) and The Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC)  will evaluate whether the effort will change consumer behavior and result in healthier shopping habits.
