Web Training: Teacher Workshop Slide Set

This slide presentation is for teachers who are considering or
planning on using Eat Well and Keep Moving. The presentation
includes 80 slides with notes, and is designed to be used by a
trainer of groups of teachers. However, individual teachers can
also use this presentation to gain background information and
familiarize themselves with the lessons.

The slides will do the following:

  • Take teachers through the background material and
    information on which the curriculum is based
  • Familiarize teachers with the overall design of the curriculum
  • Take teachers through some sample classroom lessons
  • Promote discussion of Eat Well and Keep Moving's key messages
  • Provide teachers with planning tools and procedures
