Evaluation of Healthy Maine
Partnerships (HMPs)

HPRC will review the data collected through the HMP evaluation, for
each of three program areas (Tobacco, Physical Activity and Nutrition,
and Cardiovascular Health) and best practices identified in a literature
review to help reveal promising future HMP strategies. HPRC will convene
a group of stakeholders to review information and experiences to
illuminate the data. We will include a mix of “inside experts”, those
with experience and/or accountability for the program component or
initiative under review, as well as “outside” experts, with analytic
and public health content experience This reflective process will ensure
that practical recommendations are based on an independent review.
