Food and Fun After School is a curriculum
designed to develop healthy habits out of school time.
Ten teaching units help after school and other programs
infuse healthy snacks, physically active games, and creative
learning activities into regular program schedules.
Curriculum materials are available free of charge on CD-ROM
and can be requested through the HPRC Center Coordinator

Youth Nutrition and Physical Activity Program Guidelines
A policy planning tool for developing quality program standards
in nutrition, physical activity, and television viewing. Five goals
with recommended strategies are outlined for promoting
healthy development and preventing childhood overweight.
