Change in Degree or Department

Regardless of the changes you wish to make, you must have a conversation with your current advisor prior to requesting a change.  In addition, you must also have conversations with both your current and prospective departments’ academic administrators. For a change in degree, please ensure you meet any prerequisite degree requirements for your proposed change.

For any changes, all decisions must be reviewed and approved by the Committee on Admissions and Degrees.  You will then be notified of the decision by the Admissions Office.

For any questions, please contact Kelly Latendresse in the Admissions Office at klatendr@hsph.harvard.edu.
