HSPH students may enroll in courses offered by the cross-registration consortium. This includes Harvard faculties, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Tufts Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, and MGH Institute of Health Professions. The Harvard Extension School is not part of the consortium. Students from other Harvard faculties, MIT, Tufts Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, and MGH Institute of Health Professions may cross-register into courses at HSPH on a space-available basis.
MIT, Tufts, and MGH students, please first complete the online Non-degree Student Application form by HSPH’s add/drop deadline for the term. A new online application is needed every semester a student intends to cross-register.
All cross-registration is completed on-line at the Harvard University Course Catalog site. The site is a synopsis of cross registration information and resources available to Harvard University students who wish to register for courses at different Harvard faculties, including the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Further information about how to cross-register in or out of HSPH is available via the links below. Please read the information carefully.
