2008 Bioinformatics Summer Course

HSPH Workshop on High-Throughput Biological Data Analysis using Bioconductor

Co-founder of the International Bioconductor Project for Statistical Computing in Bioinformatics

FREE to Harvard employees; priority seating given to HSPH affiliates.

3 weeks * 6 sessions
Meeting time: 1:30-4:30 p.m.
Place: Kresge LL6 (Lower level lab)

Installing R on a Windows machine (R-dev 2.8.0):

http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/rdevel.html

This is a development version but should work fine for the level we'll be working at.

Next install Bioconductor from within R:
