Interdisciplinary Training in Genes and the Environment
Predoctoral Information
Trainees will be NRSA-eligible pre-doctoral students and post-doctoral fellows
at HSPH in the Departments of Environmental
Health, Epidemiology,
Biostatistics,
and Genetics
and Complex Diseases, which jointly administer the NIEHS/NHGRI sponsored
grant. Applicants will ordinarily be chosen from PhD candidates who have
matriculated to either the Program of Biostatistics or the Program in Biological Sciences in
Public Health. The Program Directors will work closely with admissions
coordinators from these HSPH doctoral programs to evaluate the potential for
interdisciplinary research careers related to studies in genes and the
environment.
