Lingsong's research interests include developing statistical methods for real application. Some Major research in my dissertation work is related to Functional Data Analysis, Multiscale Methods, Time Series Analysis and Statistical Graphics, with major applications on Internet traffic data sets, Chemometrics data set, and Astrophysics data set. At Harvard Biostatistics department, my major research focuses on High dimensional inference, including machine learning methods, functional data analysis, and multiple comparisons. Major applied areas include Proteomics data sets, Gene-Microarray data sets, Environmental Health data sets. My up-to-date resume is available (.pdf)
